These wall hooks are constructed from solid hardwood, handmade from offcuts of the lumber I use for my furniture builds and heirloom quality picture frames. I sift through big piles of rough sawn lumber to select the boards with the most unique color, patterns, and grain.
A rustically elegant, sturdy design highlights the grain and color of the wood. A matte finish, durable hardwax oil protects the wood and brings out the grain's natural color + textures. Holds 15 pounds when properly anchored into solid wood.
Details on each wall hook are hand shaped and finished, one at a time. Every piece is unique. Variations in corners, edges, tool marks, and wood color/grain patterns should be expected.
Hanging hardware and instructions included. Weight capacity rating is based on screws properly fastened at least 3/4 inches into a predrilled hole in solid wood. This hook is ONLY recommended to be mounted on solid wood, or into a properly located and predrilled wooden stud. Do not mount to hollow drywall.
Durable 0% VOC hardwax oil finish.
Length ranges from 3.5-6 inches. Width varies from 1.25" to 2".
Walnut dowel hook length is approx. 3 inches with a 1/2 inch diameter.
